Love Our Heroes is a dedicated 501(c)(3) organization committed to supporting local veterans in need. We collect gently used household items, which are then sold to raise funds that directly benefit veterans facing hardships. By recycling goods that might otherwise go to waste, we not only help the environment but also provide vital resources to those who have served our country. Through our efforts, we strive to honor our heroes by offering them the assistance they deserve, whether it's through financial support, housing, or other critical needs. At Love Our Heroes, we believe in the power of community and the difference we can make when we come together to support those who have given so much for our freedom. 

We serve veterans and  in 11 Counties and work closely with VA caseworkers and local community Health Workers to ensure that we are providing accurate and immediate assistance. We work on a referral basis.

We provide rent, household items (furniture), food, hygiene items, and utilities.

There are many ways to help

• Donate household items to our organization

• Monetary donations (check/money at the thrift store, PayPal, or Facebook or become a monthly supporter

• Volunteer in the thrift store or events

• Help with fundraising efforts 

• Social media/website

The donation center is open Wednesday - Saturday 9 am - 5 pm
